Prior to joining WCI, Allan was a main board Director at Xansa for 12 years, which was formed by the merger of FI and company Druid (both FTSE 250) in 2000.  Allan spent the 90's running Druid - the leading UK SAP, Oracle and Siebel consulting company delivering solutions to large corporates such as GE.  He was a member of the management buyout team that raised £3m of venture capital in 1992, and achieved IPO value in excess of £700m.

Allan started his career at ICL and ran a software business in Australia before returning to the UK to manage IT projects for The Accounting House Education.

Allan has a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Control Systems and Information Technology.
