Electronic Patient Discharge Summaries showcased on 20th March 2008 at Somerset College, Taunton

Microsoft's regional roadshow for South West is at Somerset College in Taunton on 20th March.

It will provide NHS IT decision makers with the opportunity to learn about the plans for ICT development within their local health community, alongside plans from NHS CFH on National Infrastructure and the NHSmail service.

WCI will be presenting a case study on electronic patient discharge summaries. Trusts can make best use of their investment in technology coupled with improved processes to meet new government targets and improved continuity of care. 

Speakers will also drill down to the technology available to the NHS under the NHS/Microsoft Enterprise Wide Agreement and showcase how NHS Trusts are using Microsoft technology and partner solutions to deliver improvements in clinical care; productivity; and infrastructure maturity.
